Why don't we start a starter together? As you know I need a new one after the untimely demise of Lucretia. I am using a similar recipe that I have been making for quite some weeks now and am really enjoying it - home made bread is one of the greatest joys! I am not sure how I will go once it gets hotter though. I add a bit of wholemeal flour to mine some days but not always - I like some variety.Johanna GGGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08594201473931487490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8161986605563092156.post-32691786882462001222011-07-21T09:58:27.019+12:002011-07-21T09:58:27.019+12:00wow, you make it every time, i'm so impressed....wow, you make it every time, i'm so impressed. I'm sure it isn't the best bread ever, but it beats what I can buy and I know exactly what's in it too. Sourdough is an on/off conquest - I've made a couple of loaves, some more successful than others. I'm sure you'll achieve sourdough success if you want to, there's no hurry!Carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13067886984635079539noreply@blogger.com
