Sigh. It did make a good dinner though.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03985386359945971991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8161986605563092156.post-69410594391681836722016-05-01T15:34:02.247+12:002016-05-01T15:34:02.247+12:00See Phil's comment below re roasted courgettes...See Phil's comment below re roasted courgettes! This sounds like a fine variation to me. Mint sauce in some form or another does work well with grilled or roasted courgettes too - or at least I think so. But what really impresses me is that it's possible to bring home bits of lamb as a souvenir from a night out. I've known people to bring home traffic cones, inedible kebabs and people they've never met before but bits of lamb are SO much better. I think life in your distant part of the world is sounding much more civilised and exciting.Phil in the Kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15904292856978631382noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8161986605563092156.post-17204469249741902162016-04-29T12:10:58.307+12:002016-04-29T12:10:58.307+12:00my mum always used to make mint sauce for roast la...my mum always used to make mint sauce for roast lamb but I don't remember eating it - and now I don't eat lamb but have mint in the garden I sometimes wonder if it goes with anything except lamb - perhaps peas?Johanna GGGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08594201473931487490noreply@blogger.com
